Shipping Policy

 

Standard shipping with USPS,we drop off at USPS or another local delivery company for final delivery to your mailbox or door. Shipping takes 7 to 10 days, sometimes less.

How can I track my order?

Once we ship your order you will receive an email with a tracking number. If you do not receive this email, please email us at sweetheartpillows@gmail.com and we will be happy to resend your tracking email to you.\

Delivery Expected

You should receive your order 7 to 10 business days Monday thru Friday and do not include weekends or holidays. P.O. boxes (standard) is the only shipping method for orders shipping to a P.O. BOX

Weekend & Holiday Delivery

Saturday delivery is available to most zip code , but deliveries on Sunday and federally observed holidays are not possible.

Business/ Hospital Delivery

We deliver orders to business and hospitals Monday to Friday . The deliveries to these locations often go to the mail room or receiving dock to be sorted , so remember sometimes this can cause a delay in delivery.

“Quick Fast and a Hurry Delivery”

Same day delivery is not available as all orders are shipped

Different shipping Address?

NO WAY !! A separate order must be placed for each shipping address, Sorry.

Late Delivery

It is our goal to have every order arrive within the right time frame however sometimes delays happen due to weather and other problems or a increase in shipping volume . Call us at (708)825-6976 we can help.

Return & Exchange Policy

Buyers are responsible for return shipping cost, if the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can’t accept returns for Custom or Personalized orders. We value all our customers. If you have any problems let us know we will resolve your issues ,contact me within 3 days of delivery, ship items back within 7 days of delivery/same box.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply, we are not responsible for delays due to customs.

The founder & Owner grew up in the great state of Mississippi so we moved from Illinois back to his home in Mississippi and set up shop. Where we Airbrush T-shirts , license plates, Hats and pillows. Also cut , sew ,stuff ,decorate and ship to all sweethearts around the USA each one is inspected before shipped to our customers.
